Our products outside of Mexico are shipped through the Gamblers Warehouse in Dallas, Texas.

Rates for shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS outside of Mexico.
Please allow 10-14 business days for international shipments and 3 business days for shipments in the USA and Mexico.
* Note: all shipments in the USA include tracking.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you by Gamblers Warehouse at time of shipment.
Any shipping charges incurred due to store credit change are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. DNIGMA is not responsible for customs fees incurred for imported products.
If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, DNIGMA is not responsible for the delivery of that package. It is your responsibility to verify the address to which your order will be shipped. If the order does not reach its destination due to the error in the address, DNIGMA is not responsible for sending a replacement. Also, do not mail your package to an address if the address is temporary. In some cases, it may take several weeks for packages to arrive. If you leave the delivery address before receiving the package, we are not responsible for any charges for receiving the package again or for sending a replacement.
* International packages sent via USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore DNIGMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Lost / stolen packages
Once the orders have left our warehouse, DNIGMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages. If you are having trouble tracking a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office and / or package carriers for assistance. In the event that a replacement is mailed, DNIGMA reserves the right to ship the replacement via any available shipping method.
Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to a shortage of materials or suspected fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, in case the order cancellation is necessary.
DNIGMA reserves the right to cancel any order.
Returns and exchanges
We are unable to offer refunds for open / used items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Often there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you think you have received a wrong item, please email us at email@example.com and send us a picture of the item received and your order number. DO NOT open any item that you think is wrong. An open item, even if shipped / received incorrectly, may be declined for exchange or credit.
